Clients like it. Attorneys will get to understand that our business is similar to many retail operations. Yes, we are replaceable and as such we must take care of our clients. I notice many lawyers in other firms that are too arrogant to realize that the same quality of service you see in different retail establishments is the same quality of customer service we have to strive for. Our work may be challenging but it never gives us the right to have an arrogant attitude. I feel sad when I see other lawyers mistreating clients. I makes me mad and I hope and expect this never to happen in my office.
